College of the Desert Adjunct Association
CODAA is the employee organization for College of the Desert part-time (adjunct) faculty.
If you are employed by the College, CODAA is for you!
CODAA negotiates the adjunct Collective Bargaining Agreement. It is the official voice of the adjunct regarding important issues such as pay and working conditions.
As a member of CODAA you are also:
– A member of CTA – California Teachers Association.
– A member of NEA – National Education Association.
